Are you interested in getting a six pack?  Here are 7 ways that helped get me my six pack!

1. I stop eating at 6PM every night.  If I get hungry, I drink green tea, water, and brush my teeth.
2. I eat most of my carbs before 2-3PM every day.
3. I drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.
4. I eat high fiber foods like oatmeal, figs, prunes, and apples with the skins on, etc.,  so I can move my bowels 2-3 times a day.
5. I don’t over work my abs at the gym and when working them, I think about my abs developing.
6. I flex my abs during the day periodically and flex my abs after a shower in the mirror for 3-5 minutes.
7. I do a 20-36 minute cardio workout 5-6 times a week and vary the type of cardio I do so I don’t get used
to only riding the bike or running, etc.

In addition, it’s important to visualize the results you would like to see.  You can do this by finding a picture of someone’s abs that you would love to have.  Be patient and keep working.  Research new ab workouts, too.  Abs are mostly about diet, so be mindful of what you put in your mouth!
